Target's Pokémon drawing: how to enter, and what Target hasn't said
As of November 2, 2026, Target is selling a Pokémon item by drawing on its product page: the Scarlet & Violet—Destined Rivals Three-Booster Blister, Kangaskhan, at $14.99. You have to be signed in to Target to enter, and entry closes November 4 at 10:00 AM CT (11:00 AM ET). Target says it picks guests at random, emails them starting November 4, and takes payment only if you're selected (Target's product page, November 2, 2026). People also call this kind of sale a raffle or a lottery, and Target's terms (read November 2, 2026) mention raffles among its promotions, but its page calls it a drawing.
In short
- To enter: sign in to Target, open the product page and press "Enter drawing" by 10:00 AM CT (11:00 AM ET) on Wednesday, November 4. Target allows one entry per guest (Target's product page, November 2, 2026).
- If you're selected: Target says guests are "randomly selected and notified after the drawing", emailed starting November 4. You pay only then, by the deadline shown in the email, and the item is final sale (same page).
- Price: $14.99 for the blister, as listed on Target's page.
- Not said yet: as of November 2, 2026, Target hasn't said who is eligible, how long the purchase deadline is, or whether it will run more drawings.

How to enter Target's drawing
Target's drawing, step by step
- Sign inYou have to be signed in to Target to enter.
- Press "Enter drawing"On the product page, by 10:00 AM CT (11:00 AM ET) on November 4.
- Watch your emailTarget says to check your inbox starting November 4.
- Buy if you're selectedBy the deadline in the email. Payment is taken only then.
Target's product page for the blister lists the rules under "How it works": "Enter by 10am CT on Nov 4. One entry per guest. Payment required at checkout if selected." Then: "Check your inbox starting Nov 4. Guests will be randomly selected and notified after the drawing." And: "If selected, complete your purchase by the deadline shown in the email." After you enter, the page shows "You're in! Watch your email starting Nov 4." with a "Leave drawing" button (Target's product page, as shown to a signed-in guest on November 2, 2026).
Signed out, you can't enter. When we read the page without signing in on November 2, 2026, at 9:31 AM CT (10:31 AM ET), the button was greyed out and read "Sign in to continue", and the page didn't show the close time. The "How it works" steps were there. That is why we say to sign in first.
If you aren't selected, Target says "Guests who aren't selected will have another chance if more inventory becomes available" (same page). It hasn't said how that would work.
It's final sale. The page says "This item can't be returned or exchanged", and Target's returns policy says trading cards, Pokémon included, have been final sale since January 30, 2023 (Target's returns policy, read November 2, 2026).
The item and the price
The product is the Pokémon Trading Card Game: Scarlet & Violet—Destined Rivals Three-Booster Blister, Kangaskhan: three booster packs in a blister, at $14.99 on Target's page. Destined Rivals came out on May 30, 2025, so this is an older set, not a new release (PHD Games).
What Target hasn't said
As of November 2, 2026, at 9:33 AM CT (10:33 AM ET), we found no Target help, terms or promotions page that describes the drawing program. Target's page has a "more info about drawings" button that we couldn't read. So we can't say:
- Who can enter. Whether you need a Target Circle membership, the app or a particular age or region.
- How many you can buy. Whether a selected guest can buy one blister or more.
- How long you have to buy. The page says only "the deadline shown in the email".
- How you get it. Whether a drawing order ships or is picked up.
- Whether the app shows it. We have only seen the product page on the website.
- What comes next. Whether Target will run more drawings, or for which items. One drawing is all we've seen.
We found no earlier Target drawing, for any game, in our Windows record. We'll update this guide when Target says more.
How we alert on Target drawings
Our free email alerts cover store drawings for the games we follow, and we list the drawings we confirm on Windows. Pick Pokémon when you sign up, and our alerts guide shows how to keep the email from landing in spam. We can't promise we'll see every window.

How we checked this
Target's rules are from its product page for the blister, as shown to a signed-in guest at 9:30 AM CT (10:30 AM ET) on November 2, 2026, and from our own read of the page signed out at 9:31 AM CT. Target changes them without notice.
