How Printed Price email alerts work

Free emails when a store queue, drawing or pre-order is actually open, with the store's own link first. Here's what sends one, what one looks like, and how to make sure you see it.

In short

  • An email means you can act now: a drawing, a waiting room, an invitation list or pre-orders are open at a store.
  • The store's link comes first, so it's the easiest thing to tap. It goes to the store's own page, never ours.
  • Only the games you pick, and never ads or promotions.
  • Free, with a one-click unsubscribe in every email.

What sends an email

  • A store drawing opens.
  • An invitation list opens, where a store lets you ask for an invitation to buy.
  • A Pokémon Center waiting room is live.
  • Pre-orders open at a store for a release we track.

We send when an opening is confirmed, not on a single unconfirmed post. If an email would arrive after the window has most likely closed, we don't send it.

What doesn't

  • News, rumors, card reveals and date changes. Those are on Releases.
  • Restocks and prices at shops. Deals shows fair-price stock from vetted shops, checked every few hours.
  • In-store drops. There's nothing to tap, so they're on Windows instead.

What an email looks like

From Printed Price Alerts, alerts@printedprice.com. Times are Central.

Every email is an opening you can act on now. We don't send reminders that something opens later; the drawing's start time is on Windows.

How fast

We send as soon as an opening is confirmed, and we aim to have it in your inbox within a minute. Your email provider can still hold a message for a while, and no alert is guaranteed to arrive instantly. For the biggest releases, keep Windows open too.

Make sure you see them

  1. Add us to your contacts: Printed Price Alerts, alerts@printedprice.com.
  2. Mark the first alert as important (or "not junk"), so later ones land in your inbox.
  3. Turn on notifications for your email app, and make us a priority: Gmail's important marker, Apple Mail VIP, or an Outlook safe sender.
  4. Check Focus and Do Not Disturb. An email can arrive while your phone keeps it quiet.
  5. Pick only the games you collect, so every alert is one you care about.

Change or stop

Every alert has a Manage alerts link to change your games or stop, and a one-click Unsubscribe. There's no account or password: the links are private to you. Signing up again with the same address changes nothing.

We use it only to send the alerts you asked for. We don't sell it or share it. See our Privacy Policy.
