Pokémon 30th Celebration: every product, its MSRP, and how to get it at the price on the box
The 30th Celebration set comes out in five waves, from September 16 to December 4. Here's every English product with its MSRP, what each sells for now, and where people have actually paid the price on the box.
In short
- 13 products in five waves, September 16 to December 4. There's no English booster box; the 6-pack Booster Bundle is the closest thing.
- Most of it sells for 2.5 to 5 times MSRP (TCGplayer, October 5). The Elite Trainer Box ($49.99) goes for about $148.
- Where MSRP has happened: Best Buy stores on release day, Pokémon Center's surprise pre-orders, and some local game stores. Several big stores have charged more.
- Next up: Battle Decks on October 30, then the Ultra-Premium Collections, Ditto and the figures on November 6, the same day as Delta Reign.

What it sells for now
Every wave sold out within hours, and resale prices took off. The vetted shops on our Deals page had no 30th Celebration product at a fair price on October 2; the lowest ETB there was $145.95. Prices have eased a little since launch, though. The Booster Bundle fell from about $114 on launch day to about $70 once it shipped (The Lab TCG), and pre-order buyers tended to pay the most. On October 5, that works out to about $12 a pack in a Booster Bundle and about $16.50 in an ETB, against $4.49 and $5.55 at MSRP. A single loose pack sells for about $13.50.

Getting waves 3 to 5 at MSRP
For where each store stands today, see the 30th Celebration release page.
- Release day at Best Buy. Best Buy lists the Ultra-Premium Collection for November 6: one per order, Day or Night at random online, and the page suggests visiting a store (Best Buy).
- Watch for Pokémon Center drops. They come without notice. Keep one queue window open and don't refresh; repeated retries have been flagged as bots (Kotaku). Our Windows page shows drops as they open. Some items now go by emailed invitation instead; see how Pokémon Center invites work.
- Check the price before you pay. Drawing bundles and some big-store listings are above MSRP. On TCGplayer, "ETB from $5.99" listings are empty boxes or accessories.
- November 6 will be crowded. Delta Reign comes out the same day. See Pokémon releases for every date.
- A free promo, if you're buying anyway: a stamped Mewtwo card with any $15 Pokémon card purchase, from October 2 while supplies last. Stores: GameStop, Best Buy, Hot Topic, BoxLunch, Five Below, Barnes & Noble and Macy's (The Pokémon Company).
Will there be more?
The Pokémon Company hasn't said anything about reprints or the print run for this set. A quote about "maximizing production" and reprinting is going around, but it's from a general statement in 2021, not about this set (ICv2). Hobby stores report small allocations while some big chains got more (ICv2). For why launch prices usually fall back, see why sealed cards cost so much.
What's in the packs
- Every card is foil, Basic Energy included. A pack has five foil cards, one of them one of 30 Pikachu, plus a foil Energy (pokemon.com).
- Classic Collection: 30 reprints of famous older cards, such as Base Set Charizard. They can turn up in any pack, and they aren't legal in Standard play.
- The Japanese version is a different set. Its cards are shared but split differently, and its packs hold 6 cards at ¥360. Our Japanese vs English guide covers what to check before importing.
Prices: TCGplayer market prices on October 5, 2026, and our Deals data on October 2; they change daily. This guide explains prices; it isn't investment advice. MSRPs are from distributor listings, since pokemon.com doesn't publish prices. Product images: The Pokémon Company (pokemon.com). More sources: Pokémon press release; Cardlines; ICv2; PriceCharting.
