One Piece EB-05 Heroines Edition vol.2: the cards, the rarities and how to buy it at the box price
The second Heroines set lands October 30: a small Extra Booster led by Nami and Nico Robin. Here's what's in it, how One Piece rarities work, which cards outlets expect to chase, what happened to vol.1, and how to get a box without paying three times the price on it.

In short
- A new set, not a delayed one. Unlike vol.1, EB-05 comes out in the US and Japan the same weekend, so there are no Japanese prices to look ahead with.
- The cards to watch are the 8 SPs, above all the anime-art Nami and Nico Robin, plus a manga Shirahoshi, according to outlets that follow the set.
- Vol.1's box still sells for about 2.7 times MSRP eight months after release, and its top SPs for $1,000 to $1,400.
- Box pre-orders at $119.76 are sold out at the stores we checked. Your local game store and a possible Bandai drawing are the realistic paths.

How One Piece rarities work
The rarity is printed in the card's corner, and Bandai's card list uses the same labels (Bandai card list).
- C · RCommon and Rare: most of each pack.
- SRSuper Rare: the strong cards, often with foil.
- SECSecret Rare: one in this set.
- LLeader: the card your deck is built around. 7 here.
- ParallelThe same card with alternate art, marked as a variant of the same number, not a rarity of its own.
- SPSpecial card: new art for a card, sometimes one from an older set. 8 here.
- MangaWhat collectors call Bandai's "Super Parallel": art in the style of the manga panels.
Labels from Bandai's English card list. "Super Parallel" is Bandai Japan's term; the vol.1 manga Uta is listed as a SEC variant (EB-03 card list).
The cards to watch
Bandai hasn't posted the EB-05 card list yet. It has confirmed one Leader, Nico Robin (EB05-016), on its Japanese release-event page (Bandai Japan). The rest below is reported from early reveals:
- Two "Heroines" SPs, Nami and Nico Robin, using art from the ONE PIECE HEROINES anime special. Outlets put them at the top of the set (tcgpro, Samurai Sword Tokyo).
- A manga Shirahoshi, named as one of the big chase cards by Samurai Sword Tokyo and JapHunter.
- Leader parallels for Robin, Hancock and Bonney, next on tcgpro's list (tcgpro, September 17).
No EB-05 card has a market price yet, because neither version is out. For a sense of scale, here's what vol.1's top cards sell for now. These are EB-03 prices, not a forecast for EB-05.

What happened to vol.1
EB-03 English box value vs MSRP
A slow, staggered launch. EB-03 came out in Japan on October 25, 2025 and in English on February 20, 2026 (Bandai, Bandai Japan).
A drawing for the rest. In March, Premium Bandai offered 1,000 boxes at $120, one per person, by "Chance to Buy" drawing, with August delivery, and warned: "No resales" (Premium Bandai).
It held up. The box dipped in early summer and sat at about 2.7 times MSRP in October. One Piece boxes have tended to hold like this; see why One Piece boxes cost so much.
Buying EB-05 at the box price
- Local game stores
The main channel for One Piece boxes. Ask about a pre-order at $119.76. Some stores already list November release events at $20 entry with EB-05 packs and Bandai promo packs (TKO Toy Co, Terminus Games).
- Online pre-orders
Sold out at the box price where we checked on October 5: Atomic Empire at $119.76 and Miniature Market at $119.99, limit 6 (Atomic Empire, Miniature Market). Marketplace boxes listed from about $357 (TCGplayer).
- Bandai drawings
None for EB-05 yet. Premium Bandai ran one for vol.1 (above), and Bandai Official Shops posted their OP-17 lottery about two weeks before release (Bandai Official Shop). Our Windows page and alerts show one when it opens.
- Packs and the Gift Collection
GameStop lists single packs at $14.99, three times MSRP (release page). The $44.99 Gift Collection on November 20 includes 2 EB-05 packs and 10 promos (Bandai).
- Ask your store early. Online pre-orders at the box price were gone three weeks before release.
- Get an alert for drawings. Free email alerts for One Piece tell you when a Bandai drawing opens.
- Don't pay launch-week marketplace prices if you can wait; vol.1's box was cheaper in June than in February.
- Singles over packs if you want one SP: opening packs for a specific SP is a long shot by design.
