Guides › Getting NARUTO CARD GAME early
NARUTO CARD GAME: every way to get cards early, in order
NARUTO CARD GAME launches worldwide in June 2027 (Bandai), but there are ways to play it, and to take cards home, before then. Here is every one Bandai has announced, earliest first: what you get, who can go, how to get in, and what it costs where Bandai has said. We'll add prereleases, pre-orders and bundles here as Bandai announces them.
In short
- Earliest chance now: a tutorial session at SPIEL Essen or Paris Games Week (October 22–25) or Lucca (October 28 – November 1). Finishing one gets you the promo CP-001 Chakra Card. Sign-ups for all three start October 14, first come, first served.
- Earliest chance in the US: the BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest in Orlando, January 7–10, 2027. Every visitor must pre-register in the BANDAI TCG+ app.
- Then in stores: Premier Demo Events from February 5, 2027, and a wider Demo Event March 5–31. The store lists aren't out yet.
- No pre-orders yet: Bandai hasn't announced a prerelease, pre-orders, a bundle or any MSRP for the launch products.

Prereleases, pre-orders and bundles Not announced
None announced yet. Bandai hasn't published an MSRP for the Starter Decks or Booster Pack 1, US distributors haven't listed them, and there's no Premium Bandai sale. A shop taking money now is setting its own price.
What Bandai did for its last two games (context, not a prediction): One Piece had "Super Pre-Release" starter decks at $11.99 in stores, September 30 to October 6, 2022, ahead of the December 2, 2022 launch, with BANDAI TCG+ pre-registration and a limit of one of each deck (Bandai). Gundam had "Edition Beta" at $69.99, pre-ordered on Premium Bandai USA October 3–27, 2024 and later marked sold out, released December 7, 2024 and also sold at Fests and stores, ahead of the July 2025 launch (PHD Games, Bandai, product page).

The CP-001 Chakra Card: versions, and before you pay for one

Images: Bandai (Gen Con: press kit; Yankees and plain: Bandai's event pages), marked SAMPLE. ©2002 MASASHI KISHIMOTO / 2007 SHIPPUDEN All Rights Reserved.
- Check the version in the listing. On Bandai's images, the Gen Con card has a GEN CON logo in the lower right of the art, the Yankees card the NY logo, and the plain card neither. The version is also part of the card's name, and TCGplayer, which has listed these promos since September 28, 2026, lists the Gen Con and Yankee Stadium cards as separate products (TCGplayer). A listing that doesn't name a version may be the plain card.
- Check that it's this game. Other Naruto card products share the name. Our NARUTO CARD GAME guide lists the look-alikes. We haven't found reports of counterfeit CP-001 cards as of October 12.
- Check the show list before you pay a reseller. The plain card is still being given out this fall, for the price of a tutorial session.
Everything here is from Bandai's event pages and press releases, the event organisers' sites and press reports, as of October 12, 2026. We'll add each new way in as Bandai announces it. We don't list resale prices for these promos: the plain card is still being handed out to tutorial players, and a few early sales don't tell you what one is worth.
